Heaven’s Rainbow, Incorporated (HRI)
Our Mission: The mission of Heaven’s Rainbow,
Inc. is to empower young teen and single mothers ages
13-25 to build strong and stable lives. This mission is
carried out through providing personal and professional
development through means of resources, education,
training, and life skills. Heaven’s Rainbow helps
transition young mothers from high school to real world
experiences, such as employment and college. Our

A Word from the Chief Executive Officer
 Welcome to the site of Heaven’s Rainbow,
Inc. (HRI). We are glad to have you signed on as a
potential or current participant, supporter, partner, or
as a viewer with an interest in the work we provide to
the community. We recognize the challenge and
difficulties that come with motherhood, especially as
young teen or single mothers. Already at a young age,
young mothers are faced with making choices on
education, career, stable housing, relationships,
finances, and how to balance their need for independence
with their child’s need for dependence from them. At HRI,
we understand that need for balance and the importance
of making good informed choices to positively impact
their lives and the lives of their children both now and
in the future. Through our curriculum/training program,
workshops, and resource referral services, we are
allowing that balance to be possible by empowering young
mothers to make informed choices, build strong and
stable lives, and to recognize their self-worth and
potential as young women, “fearfully and wonderfully
made.” We are equipping mentors, churches, and
organizations with additional valuable tools and
partnering with human services agencies to make a
greater impact in the lives of the young mothers, their
children, their families, and their communities. I urge
you to get involved in this great but rewarding task by
partnering with us through your support, time,
